The following Official Rules apply to the Snapdragon X Series Power Up Campaign organized by Ariff Communication and/or its
affiliated companies (“the Organiser”) and sponsored by QUALCOMM CDMA Technologies Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. and/or its affiliated
companies (“the Sponsor”) (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties”).

Acceptance of Terms
- Participation in this Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
- The Sponsor shall be entitled to modify, change, supplement or update these Official Rules at any time without prior notice to you. No compensation of any kind shall be given for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you as a direct or an indirect result of such modification, change, supplement or update of these Official Rules.
- You shall be solely responsible for keeping yourself informed and updated on any such modification, change, supplement or update of these Official Rules.
- If you breach any of these Official Rules, your entry will be deemed invalid, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify you from this Giveaway.

Giveaway Details
- This Giveaway is a Purchase-based Giveaway, in which a person who purchase a laptop powered by Snapdragon from any online stores and/or offline channels of Snapdragon’s and retail partners in Malaysia and Indonesia is eligible to earn cash rebate by submitting the receipt and personal details to the Organiser’s landing page.

Giveaway Period
This Giveaway will run for 3 (three) months.
Malaysia : From 16th June 2025 at 09:00:00 AM Malaysia Time (GMT +8) until 30th Sept 2025 at 23:59:00 PM Malaysia Time (GMT +8) (“Giveaway Period”).
Indonesia: From 23rd June 2025 at 09:00:00 AM Indonesia Time (GMT +8) until 30th Sept 2025 at 23:59:00 PM Indonesia Time (GMT +8) (“Giveaway Period”).
- The Organiser may at its sole discretion vary, amend, or extend the Giveaway Period at any time without prior notice to you (“Extended Giveaway Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, the Sponsor’s discretion includes its right to end, terminate or postpone this Giveaway at any time without prior notice to you.
- Any entries received after the Giveaway Period and/or the Extended Giveaway Period shall be treated as invalid and disqualified. For the avoidance of doubt, any participation during the Extended Giveaway Period (if any) shall be governed by these Official Rules which shall remain in full force and effect.

Giveaway Platform
This Giveaway shall be conducted on online stores and/or offline channels of Snapdragon’s and retail partners in Malaysia and Indonesia (“Giveaway Platform”).

Participant’s Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to any person who a person who purchase a laptop powered by Snapdragon on the Giveaway Platform, who are citizens of Malaysia with a valid Malaysia National Registration Identification Card or a permanent legal resident of Malaysia, aged 18 years and above, as of the beginning of the Giveaway Period (“Participants”).

Participant’s Eligibility
To participate in this Giveaway, one must complete all the following steps (“Entry”):
- The first 3.000 Winners from Malaysia will receive cash rebate through TNG e-wallet worth RM40 (ARV: US$10)
- The first 3.000 Winners from Indonesia will receive cash rebate through GoPay e-wallet worth Rp200.000 (ARV: US$10)
Organiser will transfer the Giveaway Prize through e-wallet within seven (7-14) days after receipt and personal details verification.
- At all times, the Sponsor will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment.
- The resale, transfer or exchange of any part of the Giveaway Prize is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange the Giveaway Prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Sponsor and the Giveaway Prize will be declared null and void.
- All elements of the Giveaway Prize must be taken as part of the same Giveaway Prize package.
- The Giveaway Winner is not a recipient of the Giveaway Prize until he/she has been verified and/or notified by Sponsor. Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Giveaway Winner acknowledge that the Giveaway Parties do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions or fitness of any aspects of the Giveaway Prize except the Giveaway Prize is subject to its manufacturer's standard warranty, if any.

General Terms and Conditions
- By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to uphold the spirit of this Giveaway to raise awareness of Snapdragon® technology through this online Giveaway and facilitate sharing voices and creativity using the capabilities of a device with a Snapdragon® compute processor across a greater audience.

Compliance with Laws
By participating in this Giveaway, Participants agree to fully comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, codes, rules and regulations applicable to this Giveaway.

Indemnification
You acknowledge that all decisions made by the Sponsor are binding and final, and are not open to challenges. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Giveaway Parties from and against any losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of any claim arising out of, in connection with, or relating to (1) the awarding, receipt, ownership, use or misuse of prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the Giveaway or prize related activity. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of prize.

Content License
By entering the Giveaway, each Participant grants the Giveaway Parties a perpetual, fully-paid, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, distribute, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, otherwise use, and permit others to use and perform throughout the world the Entry, or any content submitted in connection with this Giveaway, in whole or in part, in any manner, form, or format now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, on Giveaway Parties’ websites and/or any other advertising or promotion of Giveaway Parties all without further consent from or notification or compensation to any Participants. Participants hereby waive all so-called “moral rights of authors” and “droit moral” rights. Each Participant agrees and acknowledges that no public performance, synchronization, mechanical, writing, publishing and/or master use royalties, monies or consideration of any kind will be payable in connection with Sponsor’s, or Sponsor’s designees and licensees, use of the Entry, whether commercial use or otherwise, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised. Each Participant shall indemnify and hold the Giveaway Parties harmless from and against any losses, costs, liabilities, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of any claim which is inconsistent with any warranty or representation made by the Giveaway in this assignment of rights.

Release
Entrants agree that the Giveaway Parties shall have the right to promote the Entry, and use the name, likeness, social handles, voice and image of Participants in any materials promoting the Giveaway. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither Sponsor nor any of its representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and/or promotion agencies, legal and financial advisors, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents, licensees, licensors and employees (collectively “Released Parties”) are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone, computer or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access Sponsor’s website, for problems uploading any Entry, or for late, lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, delayed, undelivered or incomplete Entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, receipt of Entry occurs when Sponsor or its affiliates’ website servers successfully receive the uploaded Entry in accordance with guidelines provided in these Official Rules.

Severability
If any provision or part-provision of these Official Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Official Rules.

Governing Law and Venue
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the California, USA. The competent courts at San Diego, California shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any and all legal actions or claims arising out of, related to or in connection with this Giveaway and these Official Rules.

Modification & Force Majeure
Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway (or portion thereof) at its discretion, including due to a force majeure event, without any further obligation or liability.

Privacy
By participating in this Giveaway, you understand that the Sponsor may collect and use your personal information and publish certain information such as your names and social media page identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or Entry) on website(s) and/or social media page(s). The personal information will be used to enable you to participate in the Giveaway and receive the Giveaway Prize. Your information will be processed according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at Qualcomm.com/site/privacy, including how the data subject rights can be exercised. Any requested opt-in consent is completely voluntary and will not increase your chances of winning.
